1 / What can Nutritional Therapy help with?

Nutritional Therapy can support a wide range of health concerns, including:

2 / Will I have to give up all the foods I love?

Not at all! I’m not here to take the joy out of food - I want to help you figure out what’s working for your body and what might not be. It’s all about making choices that support your health while still enjoying what you eat. No strict rules, just balance.

3 / How long does it take to see results?

It depends on your individual situation. If symptoms have developed over years, they may take longer to resolve, while more acute issues can often improve more quickly. In general, I find the most lasting and sustainable results typically happen over 8–10 fortnightly sessions.

4 / What happens in a session?

Initial Consultation (90 mins): We’ll take a deep dive into your health history—looking at family history, diet, lifestyle, medication, and supplements. Together, we’ll set health goals to work towards.

 

Follow-up Sessions (60 mins): These sessions focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms through the model of your own cellular health. You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan with manageable steps, recipes, and practical guidance to help you move forward.

5 / Do you offer single sessions with meal plans?

No, I don’t offer one-off individual sessions with ready-made meal plans. Healing takes time, and we need to work together over time to uncover and address the root cause of your symptoms. Sustainable changes come from ongoing support and adjustments over time. I do however offer Nourish & Knowledge Sessions [see menu for details].  These are relaxed and informative gatherings where I share practical nutrition advice on a subject of your choosing.
